Welcome to the Fredericksburg ZTA Alumnae Chapter!

We'd love to have you as part of this incredible sisterhood we call the Fredericksburg ZTA Alumnae Chapter for the 2025-2025 ZTA Year! Please come check us out by joining us for an event. 

No matter where you went to school, no matter where you have lived before, no matter what stage in life you are at now, ZTA's traditions and rituals are what link us all to our beloved sisterhood. Our alumnae chapter is a beautiful blend of sisters from near and far, bound in love and sisterhood. The Fredericksburg ZTA Alumnae Chapter includes women who live or work in Fredericksburg, Stafford, Spotsylvania, Orange, Prince William, King George, Caroline, and the surrounding counties. We are a diverse group that ranges from recent graduates to members in their youthful 80s. Our bonds as Zetas and our welcoming atmosphere make our alumnae chapter a great way to network, make friends, volunteer, learn, build sisterhood, and have fun. We hope you will join us for our next event.

1. Update Your Sisters Only Profile:

Please ensure your Sisters Only profile is up to date. This information is vital for us to be able to register you as a member of the chapter. 

• On the Sisters Only page, you can select Forgot Password if you have an account but don't recall your password. You can select Create Account if you have never set up your Sisters Only account.
• From the Personal Tab, update your phone number(s), email address, mailing address, and more. You can make the information private (so only IO has access to it and it will not show in the Sisters Search).
  • ​Please update all .edu email addresses to a personal email address
• From the Preferences Tab, update your preferences for communications from IO and alumnae chapters - phone, email, mail, and if you want to receive Themis.
• Do NOT select the "Pay Alumnae Dues" button while logged into Sisters Only to try to pay dues to the Fredericksburg ZTA Alumnae Chapter. Instructions are below for how to do so. If you have questions, please reach out to us. Thank you!

2. Membership Form:

Please complete the 2025-2026 form via the online Google Docs or you can download a copy, print it, fill it out, and mail it in or bring it to the next event.

• Note: Even if you have been a member for several years (or more), please complete the membership form as we are updating our records and have asked for additional information.

3. Dues:

This is the last step to complete your membership process.

• Check - Make checks payable to Fredericksburg ZTA Alumnae

• Online Payment - For online PayPal payments, please note, there is an additional $3 processing fee. Go to our Pay Dues Here page to complete your online dues submission. You do not need a PayPal account and can pay via debit or credit card as a "guest."

Membership Advantages and Frequently Asked Questions:

• One of the nice things about being an alumna is nothing is mandatory. We understand work and family schedules, traffic issues, and being unsure about trying something new. Come when you can (please just RSVP your regrets if you can't make it), check out our Crown Connections (interest groups), email us and we can schedule an impromptu coffee meet up, and/or bring another ZTA with you!
• Dues are reasonable (compared to being a collegian).
• Many events are kid-friendly/family-friendly, so please look forward to attending!
• Need a ride? Contact us so we can try to assist with a carpool.
• You can belong to more than one alumnae chapter. Some sisters belong to and attend events of several chapters if there are multiple in the area. Others support alumnae chapters from afar.

• Members have access to a closed Facebook group for discussions and social connections between events to build sisterhood (and some fun questions to get to know one another).

• Virtual Sisterhood Events - When distance or pandemics throw a wrench in our plans, we go virtual for some additional sisterhood time and events.

• Member Only Event - We have at least one sisterhood social event a year for dues paying members only.
